But when it came to food, especially functional food, that vibe was sorely missing. Chalky powders. Dry bars. Gut health advice that felt like it came from a doctor’s pamphlet, not real life.
As someone who struggled with sluggish digestion and midday crashes, David knew fibre was the answer. But every option on the shelf tasted... like punishment. So he set out to change that.
With a vision to make gut health cool (and actually delicious), David created Good Fibes: fibre-loaded snack bars with serious flavour, a throwback aesthetic, and a message that feeling good should be fun — not a chore.
